Is the church enterprise zoom license suppose to allow two simultaneous zoom webinars? There is one ward that is trying to broadcast one-way (non-interactive meeting) for Relief Society and Priesthood during the second hour of the block. Different webinars and IDs scheduled.
Have started a webinar as host (church account). Joined as a panelist and/or attendee with another personal account, and upgraded that sign-in to host of the meeting and have the (church account) attendee leave the webinar.
Then go to start the other meeting as host (church account), but get the error message that there is a meeting already in progress and do you want to stop it to start this meeting.
Has anyone had any success in running two simultaneous webinars?
Thanks.

No. Two simultaneous meetings, yes. Only one webinar. And if you are running a webinar, you cannot run a meeting at the same time.Faerbz wrote:Is the church enterprise zoom license suppose to allow two simultaneous zoom webinars?

You can also use the breakout room feature within a meeting to separate out the different classes. this will allow you to use a single meeting event for multiple classes.

I'll add that we've found 1 webinar + 1 meeting does not work simultaneously either. Has to be 2 meetings. Zoom documentation is very fuzzy on these points.

Ah, sorry missed that this was already answered, so sorry for the duplicate response. This was very confusing when we were first getting up and running on Zoom last year.
