We have a person assigned to manage the calendar for the stake center. He's setup as an admin.
Sometimes he comes across calendar apts. he can't edit to change their time, etc. Do you know why an admin couldn't edit an apt. created by, say, a bishopric member in one of the wards?
His LCR callings are: Stake Scheduler-Building 1 (the stake center). And maybe less relevant: Stake assistant clerk--History specialist.
In the calendar settings, I see that he is added as an administrator (by name).

Re: Calendar permissions
In the case of building scheduler, the calling doesn't translate from LCR to the calendar. I don't think there's any set "map" from an LCR calling to a building.
He needs to be added as a Building Scheduler for that location in the calendar. Since he's a stake admin, he can add himself.
Being a stake admin only gives him permission over stake calendars. But a Building Scheduler has permissions over all events at "their" building regardless of who scheduled it.
