Nursery list on mobile app

I am a nursery leader and cannot access the list of the children in our ward nursery. The other nursery leader can access the list but the list doesn’t show up in my tools. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this issue?

What other callings does the other nursery leader have? I suspect they're holding another calling that gives them access.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
