Membership discrepancy

I have a ward member who when I print out the tithing tax statement has an old address. It does not match the current address and so I don’t know if it will be a valid tax statement. I cannot find why the old address (in the same town) would print. The Tools app has the current address. The name is spelled correctly and as far as I can tell all of the information on the membership record is correct. I would appreciate any suggestions about how to correct the record so that it reflects the current address of the member. You'll need to call the Global Service Department and ask them to correct the address. The address on the tax statement should be the same as the one on the membership record but sometimes the donor address is out of sync for some reason. At this point only the GSD can correct it.
