I have a member that was issued a check and it shows outstanding. After contacting the member she assured me that she cashed the check for only cash, no deposit was made so no bank record exists.
My Stake contact had no suggestions on how to handle this so I am looking for help.

Has the member had more than one reimbursements recently? If so, I'd wonder if the member was remembering one check and had lost the other check.
But assuming the member is correct, I think the only thing you can do is contact the Global Service Department and inform them. They may be able to ask the bank to investigate.
