Ministering Assignment not printing phone numbers

When printing the ministering assignments report, not every sisters phone number prints on the report? Why is this? The sisters have a phone number in LDS tools but it won’t show up on the report causing us to hand write in all the missing numbers.

Please help us know what we are doing wrong.

There are two phone numbers: household and individual.

Both need to be filled in - even if they're a family of one.

You should be able to enlist the clerk's help in updating things.

My ward Relief Society president brought up the same. The report only shows Individual phone numbers if present, and completely omits the Household phone number. When you say "both need to be filled in" do you mean the same single number should be filled in both fields regardless of whether it's an Individual or Household phone number?

Correct. Some reports pull from the Household, some from the individual. Filling in both would make sure there's always a phone number in the results.

Yes, it would be nice if the system would pull from the Household if the Individual is blank, but filling in numbers is something the ward can do to solve this problem now rather than waiting for the request to get routed, reviewed, decided on, and prioritized.

And at the risk of stating the obvious:
Married couples who both have cell phones (and no other "household phone" number) will have to decide which one to show as the household #. In my case, it is my wife's number...
