Sunday - Finance Donation site down

For the last two Sunday's the Finance Tithing Donation site has been down and we are not able to record our tithing donations. Has others been seeing this same issue recently and when and how often does this happen or when does it usually come up again to continue entering donations. This has caused issues mainly between 1pm - 3pm CST. Is there just a high number of traffic usage causing this outage to access the Finance section from LCR?
