I am the stake clerk and i was wondering, for members that need to submit an expence receipt for reimbursment.
Does everyone submit through LCR under finances or is that just for leaders?
How does the regular member with no leadership responcibility submit expences?

It's only available to organization leaders. Others must send the request to their organization leader or clerk and have them submit the request (or just enter the expense for clerks).
