Can I add the high councilor assigned to ward to ward council circle

The high councilor assigned to our ward would like to be added to our ward council circle on Gospel Living. I'm the ward clerk, so I'm an administrator, and he is in also our ward, but I don't see a way to do this. I tried to find this question asked somewhere else but couldn't see anything. Any help would be appreciated.

At this point, circle membership is automatic as determined by the app. It has been suggested that the ability to add members to circles may be coming in the future, but there has been no confirmation or announcement to that effect.

I've added this comment on another topic. Haven't yet see a reply.
I am a high councilor and recommended we use this app for communication. In doing that, I am now not able to be in the communication loop since I am out of unit.
