Fundraiser Contributions from Local Businesses

I can't find anything in the handbook about fundraiser contributions from local businesses. Is there any guidance on how to manage and/or record these contributions?

There are a few different scenarios to consider.
- Business might provide rental equipment for no cost (nothing to record here?)
- Rental equipment might be provided at reduced cost (only record actual payment?)
- Donations of actual goods like snacks/drinks/etc. (nothing to record here?)
- Donations of in-store gift cards - essentially a discount but not exactly (?)
- Donations of cash (create a donor profile for the business or record as anonymous?)

Obviously, I welcome opinions but would particularly appreciate any formal guidance anyone is aware of.
