I'm used to listening to general conference talks while getting ready for church via Bluetooth speakers from the app. I have no issues with the audio while at home. The screen turns off but the audio continues to play.
The second I get in my car and travel, the audio shuts off after 30 seconds when my screen turns off. It's not very safe to constantly try to keep the screen on while driving. This started happening a few weeks ago. Any ideas how to get the audio to work normally again?
The audio is pre-downloaded.

Re: Audio turns off after 30 seconds when in car
Are you on the latest version of iOS? Since audio is handed over to the system to play, often audio playback issues start after an iOS update, and are fixed after another iOS update. I've seen this cycle several times with Gospel Library audio (it's likely there's a bug there, but it's not entirely in control of the app). There hasn't been an app update for iOS Gospel Library itself since the beginning of March.
