Submit Expense for out-of-unit member

Hello:

I'm a new clerk. I'm trying to submit an expense for some senior missionaries in my ward but they are considered out of unit. I check the checkbox in LCR to include out of unit members as payees but they still don't populate the menu, as well as all other out of unit members. Any advice around this?

If you obtain their MRN and check the Out of Unit box, then put in the MRN in the relevant box, this should bring up information which should include their bank details. This is how it works in the UK.

In the U.S. select (check) "Include out of unit" and then click the blue button immediately to the right titled "Add Payee if the payee is not listed. The MRN is then entered along with other payee information to create an out of unit member payee record.
