Finance feature does not work

The finance feature in the app is glitchy. I have yet for it to work for me to submit a receipt. Either the receipt button won’t load, or I can’t fill in the dollar amount and purpose. Has anyone else had this problem in the Tools app? Has anyone found a solution?

I have never tried it in the app. Based on reading many forum posts about various problems with submitting via the app, I'm not going to try it anytime soon. I submit my reimbursement requests via LCR and have never had a problem with it that way.
