I had a complaint today.
Someone tried to log in, The error was that that the user name or password was wrong.
With admin rights, I checked, They were not in the registered users list, but they had been.
The membership was still listed there.
They had tried fixing it figuring they had forgotten their password.
That didn't work.
I had them re-sign up from scratch.
The system remembered that they were in the system. Eventually they got in,
but they had to put in a lot of info again.
They were pretty frustrated. I checked with the ward admin. No one had deleted them.
Is this a common problem?

The closest I've heard is this thread, but we suspect it's due to the record being moved. Any possibility of that happening in your case? Might be worth talking to the clerk. Sometimes the records get moved by accident.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
