"Contact Us" link in help menu leads to logout screen

I've tried to use the "Contact Us" link under the help menu in LCR when I've had issues in the last few weeks, but it always redirects to a page that says "Logout Successful". How do I reach someone to fix that issue so I can report other issues that come up?
