Moving Records to New Build Address
We have a member who has moved into their new house, we know the address and the name of the new ward, but the subdivision is new and it's not coming up as a valid address, what do we do?

Re: Moving Records to New Build Address
If you enter an invalid address that the service doesn't recognize, the move process should go to the next screen and let you enter the name or unit number of the new ward. If it is trying to standardize the address and mangling it, just select that you want to use the original address and then proceed. You can still select the new unit on the next screen.

On the church website click the waffle icon (grid of nine squares) and then click the Meetinghouse Locator link. Input your new address and select the appropriate unit for your situation. Typically families will select the unit under the title "Residential Ward for this Location". The bishop contact information will be displayed and the meetinghouse address will also be displayed along with the sacrament meeting time. You can either call the bishop and/or go to the meeting time and speak with the ward clerk. The ward clerk will pull your records and change your address.
