RECUPERACION DE CUENTAS

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

tengo problemas para recuperar cuentas de lds y family search porque no recuerdan ni el celular ni el correo, ¿como puedo ayudarlos?

me manda a church account y me deja cambiar correo o ya sea numero de telefono, si no estoy mal, ustedes prodian corregirme, ¿esa cuentas no estan vinculadas? bueno cuando ya logre cambiar mi contraseña y trato de iniciar sesión sigue diciendo que el nombre de usuario y la contraseña estan incorrectas, :?

Family Search accounts and Church Accounts are not the same thing. But there is an option to log in to Family Search with a church account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

There was an announcement on the Family Search website in October 2022 of the separation of FamilySearch.org and ChurchofJesusChrist.org accounts as of September 13, 2021. See the announcement in this article.
