EFT not working

EFT not working
Each time my branch want to enter an expense using the EFT online transactions on LCR, it always give this error message: error exist. Error while saving expense. We can't use the online transactions since it was introduced.

Depending on where you unit is the capability for using EFT payments may not yet be available. Speak with your stake/district clerk to see if that capability is available for you unit. If it is suppose to be available and you are not trying to accomplish payment requests on Sundays, the busy time for the church that results in server access issues, then contact the Global Services Department (GSD) to discuss the issue. I generally start with the GSD support people just to see if there are any reports of service problems.
