It looks like they have added a 'dynamic' entry to the report to show that all funds in those accounts get transferred out of the unit and to make the balance always 0. If you view the Income/Expense Detail report and use a custom date then the headquarters transfers always show up on the last day of the selected range. I'm assuming that they didn't want to clutter the report with a transfer entry for every donation entry but they still want to show a 0 balance.
