Error on quarterly report

Our quarterly report is showing 145% attendance for Melchizedek Priesthood holders. I know the basis of the attendance is the weekly attendance as entered in Tools or in LCR for the Elders Quorum. I don't see any irregularities in the attendance taking for the quorum. Any ideas of why this is happening? The same thing happened with Primary being 263% (42 attendance out of 16 possible).

Did you have a lot of visitors recorded?
I think for last quarter the way the had been asked to count visitors inflated things a bit. I believe there's supposed to be a change for that next quarter

We had 1 or 2 visitors most weeks of last quarter. Thank your for your reply.
