Missing organization filter on memberslist

Dear all,
in the role of the stake young-men presidency, I am not able to filter all young-men in the stake when using the internet church application. Even when switching my role to the stake high counsel, it is not possible to select young-men or young-women or primary. Is that on purpose?
Currently I can only make such selection when going into the birthday list.
