Global Help Desk?

Hello,
I am having problems with signing into my stake calendar and ward directory? I get an error message to contact the Global Help Desk? I have searched the web site to find the Global Help desk but, cannot see a link or number any where? Help Please

I'd recommend that you first contact someone in your ward or stake who is familiar with these applications. That might be your ward clerk, stake clerk, or stake technology specialist.

But if you do need to contact the Global Help Desk, the contact information can be found in the wiki at Global Service Desk.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

Have you tried to just sign in to lds.org? That will determine if the error is a problem signing in or a problem with the directory and calendar.

My CISCO phone connectivity is down. Location of the issue is at the School Principal's Home (on school campus).

I think you've reached the wrong forum.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I am the Tuesday and Wednesday AM Shift Coordinator at the Phoenix Temple. I am receiving an "Access Denied" response and cannot log in. That has never happened to me in my year of doing this. Help! We have a Tuesday AM schedule to do!

This is a user to user support forum. It's unlikely anyone here can help. I'd suggest you contact the Global Support Department. But you may want to talk to someone in the Temple Presidency to make sure they haven't made any changes in your calling/responsibilities.

When something like that happens, you need to clear cookies and cache and try again, more than once if necessary. Church servers are sometimes down for various reasons.

Interestingly, I also received this same "Access Denied" error when trying to schedule an appointment at my local temple yesterday (Nov 29th). Today (Nov 30th) the access worked as normal for me.
