Missionary Account Problem

Hello, I'm in the office for my mission and in charge of technology. A missionary has come to me with this problem with his missionary email account that I have no idea how to fix. Has anyone run into this before and knows how to fix it? Or atleast knows where to go for help? Thanks.

You will probably need to contact the Global Services Department to get help with this error.

Yes. The Global Service Department will be able to resolve this issue. https://missionarysupport.churchofjesuschrist.org. Sometimes this happens if a missionary had a temporary covid reassignment, or if they had been on leave.
