Adding Reimbursement Checking Account Error

#1

Post by jhardman »

I have a member who is trying to add their bank account for reimbursements. Every time they type the routing number, the page immediately reloads to an error. In fact, any time they type any 9 digit number into the routing number field, it does it.

It's been about 2 weeks. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Check with the bank. They may have a different routing number for ACH transactions.

It sounds like the page is reloading before they press the Save button?
You could try clearing the cache/cookies for ChurchofJesusChrist.org in the browser, and trying again.

Yes, it's before even hitting save. I think the field is doing some validation when you type the routing number to lookup the bank. But I can enter a valid or invalid routing number, as soon as I type the 9th digit, page errors. I know the routing number I want is correct.

I've tried on 3 different computers, 2 different browsers on each computer. I'll have to send in a support request.

Thanks for the input.
