Finance dashboard incorrect action item

Finance dashboard incorrect action item
An EFT which was received by the bank and the recipient from over a month ago just popped up as an action item on our finance dashboard page, as headquarters has not marked it cleared yet. We have a few more like this from December with later days too but many others from the same month, even between those not marked cleared yet, which are marked cleared. It is obviously a systemic issue so many of you may see this. Last year there were some EFT's at year end which had very slow clearing as well but they did not get old enough to show up as action items and they eventually got marked cleared. Have talked to the GSD, they suggested I make sure the people got their money (they all did, am already aware). They are going to escalate this to the QA team. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, I am certain this is not just affecting our unit.

We have the same. I'm sure it will be resolved without any action on our part. All of our members have had the funds in their accounts for weeks now.

We are now showing 2 action items, both EFT's which have been received by the intended recipients.

I just called the GSD for two EFTs being shown as issued but not cleared that were issued on 7 Dec 2022 and received by the payee in their bank account. In our discussion the support person explained that there were a large number of EFTs entered into the system between 5 to 17 December that were processed in a batch, or batches, by the church to the bank that failed, or were rejected by the bank, for the batch being too large. The programmers are working on the issue to get all those EFTs that were submitted during that date range resubmitted to the bank and the status of those EFTs in the system updated. The only action we can take is to wait. The process should be done before the end of this month, if not sooner.

Hope they don't mess up further and pay people twice!

Update: As of this morning the action item flag is no longer showing, although the underlying issues are yet to be fixed.
