Our previous Stake executive secretary had access to the Missionary Online recommendation system. He handles getting our missionaries through the application process.
We have a new Stake executive secretary and he doesn't have access to this tool. I've given the new Stake executive secretary the same callings in LCR that his predecessor had (Stake Exec. sec, Stake Assist. Clerk) but he still doesn't have access.
Does anyone know how to grant access the Missionary Online recommendation system on LCR?

Re: Getting access to Missionary Online recommendation system
The stake president has to give him access in the Missionary Online Recommendation system itself. As far as I know rights to MOR are only granted by to the callings of Stake President and Bishop. All others have to be added explicitly in MOR. But I'm not sure of the details of how to add someone in MOR. Hopefully someone else with that knowledge will chime in.

We had the Stake President grant him access so this is resolved.
