Greetings,
Our Area added a new stake recently and as Stake Tech Specialist of the previous Kennewick Washington Stake, we have now become the Richland Washington South Stake and need to change our identity in our Zoom logins and all the ward logins that have moved into the new stake with us. The Kennewick Stake still exists. Some previous wards remain in the old stake, but how can I get our identities reset in the new stake?
For instance, as we previously identified our stake account login as the "kennewickstake@...", it perhaps now would be "richlandsouth@..."
...as our ward zoom accounts were named as such: "ranchoreata.ks@...", "willowbrook.ks@...", etc, they perhaps now would be "ranchoreata.rs@..." and "willowbrook.rs@..."
...these all need to be changed to be associated with the new stake to avoid confusion.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would imagine that all those logins should be turned over to the current Kennewick Stake and you'd get new logins.

Likely create new accounts. Last year I tried to find anyone at the church HQ who can assist with Zoom account changes, and ultimately they can't. I believe in your case you have two choices:
1) You can move a Zoom account license from one login to another yourself, but you need the original account's email holder to approve.
2) You just have the church create new Zoom accounts.

I'd expect the stake technology specialist should have access to meet.churchofjesuschrist.org to set up new accounts.

Re: New Stake Created, Identify Zoom account with new Stake Name
I think that is part of the problem. Currently both stakes no one has Callings. New stake only has stake presidency, old stake lost all of the STS to the new stake boundaries.
So the first step would be to get new callings registered in the system for both stakes. This will open up access on the church side for creation of the new account for the new stake. I would also recommend turning over the existing stake to the new STS and see if transferring licenses is an option for the wards.
