Member email not recognized
I am the clerk for my ward. I added the email address for a member on the Member Information page 4 days ago. I tried to send an email from LCR but the "Send a Message" page does not show that this member has an email address. There is no special characters in the email address and it is a gmail address.

Did you add it as as "household" or as a Personal? I believe LCR only uses the personal one. Even if it's a single member where the two would be the same.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
