Our ward is getting ready for scout and girls camp. The camps are requesting a copy of our wards proof of insurance. Any idea where I can obtain these?

See this thread: Certificate of Insurance.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

Thank for the reply. I contacted Deseret Mutual and was told the following which may be of help to anyone else seeking the same answer.

All Bishops were sent a proof of coverage this year. IF your Bishop has misplaced his copy, you will need to contact Deseret Mutual and they will send another copy to you.

How much time will it take to get the another copy?

@ Neeraj, This thread is over a decade old and most of the content is out of date.

Go to the Certificate of Insurance web site for any evidence of insurance needs. Once on the website there will be two options. The first option, Create Memorandum of Insurance will be what most units will need. Clicking that will then display a list of possible situations. The first on the list, Activities of Ecclesiastical Units will generally meet the needs of local units. The Memorandum of Insurance (MOI) page will come up when Activities of Ecclesiastical Units is clicked. It will have a button titled 'View MOI' as well as some frequently asked questions. Click the 'View MOI' button. Before the printable memorandum of insurance page is displayed there will be a terms and conditions of access that must be accepted. Click the 'I accept' to view the MOI. The MOI can be printed after clicking the link to the printable version link.
