Who can add photos for others?
I am wondering who/which callings have permissions to add photos of others to Member Tools and what the process is to do that. Thank you!

Bishopric members, executive secretary, assistant executive secretary, ward clerk, assistant ward clerk, assistant ward clerk - membership, and adult members of the household.
Instructions for android device (may be similar for iOS device):
To add or change the household photo:
1. In the Directory tap the household name.
2. Tap the current image, if one currently exists, else tap the household surname to add a photo.
3. Tap the camera icon to either take a photo with your mobile device or to select a photo on your device.
To add or change the photo of a member of the household:
1. In the Directory tap the household name.
2. Tap the HOUSEHOLD tab.
3. Tap the name of the person to add or change the photo.
4. Tap the current image, if one currently exists, else tap the image placeholder (bust in gray circle).
5. Tap the camera icon to either take a photo or select a photo on your device.
