I have seen indications there might have been a substantial systems problem earlier today, but it sounded like the problem had been resolved. Does it still not work for you? Clearing browser cache and deleting relevant cookies might help if the cookie buildup problem is involved.

Cleared out my cache, logged out and back in. I can load other tools just not LCR, needing access to birthday list.
