Bishopric Calling "unable to verify"

I am a stake clerk. Over the weekend we changed a Bishopric and ordained a brother to HP to be 2nd counselor in this bishopric. I recorded the HP ordination and then updated the organization Bishopric to show a new 1st & 2nd Counselor. When another member of the stake presidency logs in to "VERIFY" the calling, it only allows them to Edit or Delete. This only occurs with the brother who was ordained a HP (2nd Counselor in Bishopric. We gave it 24 hours to allow the church to update the priesthood ordination but nothing has changed.
