Xerox service support line transfer to dead air.

Xerox service support line transfer option goes to dead/non-working line, no ringing, no hold music and it eventually just hangs up on me. Tried this probably 12 times today. Is there a direct # I can call or can I call Xerox directly to get our copier back up and running?

Global services says I need to call during normal business hours--it's 11:30 AM on Monday?! Are we closed on Monday?

They might have been in training or meetings. I'd try tuesday-Friday. You can also reach out to your FM Group to see if they can be of any help.

I know they are aware of the issue with this support phone number and are working on fixing it. In the meantime, for Xerox maintenance support you can call 833-890-0272.

Issue is still happening.... xerox option just disconnects......

This problem is still happening. Is there any update on it being fixed? I’ve tried several times every day this week & get nothing. How do we order toner for the copier if we can’t get through? Is there another option or an online option?
