An anyone tell me how I can email my donation statements please. Due to circumstances beyond my control I can’t do it online this year so have reverted to pen and paper.

Sandra, the only one who will be able to help you is your ward clerk. Almost all Forum participants are regular church members like yourself, and if we needed questions answered about our own donations, we'd also go to our clerks.
That said, even if you don't make online donations, you can still see your donation history online. If you log in to https://donations.churchofjesuschrist.org, it will show your donation history, as well as how each donation was made. And you can print the donation history from there as well. But if you prefer, your clerk can definitely provide you with this information.
