Hello,
Does anyone have any information on what to do on a Sunday if the church system is down? I'm a clerk and neither I nor my Bishop can sign into our accounts and we are in the middle of tithing declaration. I think there's an issue with the whole church server; just wanted to see what to do in this situation. I tried calling IT support but they are not open right now. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Wired connections (cat-5/ethernet) to clerk's computers should still be ok but the Wifi system is down for many locations. I can confirm this issue was active on Saturday as well when I called into the Global Services Support.
I Got an e-mail notification from our Stake Tech Specialist yesterday that read in part:
This message is to inform you that the wireless access at (insert building name here) is degraded and/or not working at all due to a technical issue with Cisco equipment used by The Church. PLEASE NOTE: Wired clerk office access will remain unaffected at this time.
The Church is aware of the issue and provided the following statement: "An intermittent technical issue in SSID management may affect password changes and enabling/disabling Wi-Fi, including scheduled Wi-Fi. We are working with the networking vendor to resolve this issue."
For teachers and leadership who use the Lehi network, we fully expect this network to become unavailable by 11/11 because of our inability to change the password leaving the building entirely without WiFi access unless the problem is resolved in the next few days.
Unfortunately, there is no timeline to a resolution at this time. We are sorry that this will temporarily affect your ability to use media and other resources via the internet in church meetings, seminary, youth activities, activity days, etc.
For the time being, please consider teaching and providing activities without plans to use media or other internet based services until Church technical support can resolve this issue.

Re: Sunday support- cannot access account for Tithing Declaration
I believe you should be able to fully conduct the Tithing Declaration interviews with members, with no LCRF access. The Tithing Declaration tab inside LCRF states that "At least one week before tithing declaration begins, clerks should print and distribute the Donor Statement of Contributions." In practice many of us wait until that same day to print out up-to-date copies, but there really is no need to have any reference docs for a member to declare their tithing status (it's a declaration, not a settlement). And anyone bringing donations with them to Tithing Declaration (as many children love to do!), can have those received and held until they can be processed. At which point when LCRF is back up, the Bishop can then enter the member's declaration into the system as well.Sunday support- cannot access account for Tithing Declaration
As a general answer about what to do on Sunday when the Church system is down, this is a good reference:
