Unbaptized Counselor in YW Class Presidency

From what I understand, combine or create are the only controls you have. The names are auto-generated based on the rules. And you can either combine small classes or split large classes. You can't combine a small class with a split larger class.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

This doesn't answer my question about a young person who turned 18 and hasn't been baptized. Is his record removed from the church?

The record is removed if the steps in General Handbook 33.6.2 are followed.
