Action and Interview List - youth annual/semi-annual question

#1

Post by darin.brown »

new to the exec secretary role and looking to pull a list of youth who need a semi-annual and/or annual interview with Bishop/counselors. It appears the only available canned report is limited to a -2/+2 month window (Aug-Dec today).. is there a way to create a new report that would capture youth who may have missed a May/Jun/Jul annual interview as an example?

By looking up the birth months of your youth, you could create the information by their birth month and year and by adding 6 months to the birth dates. You will have to figure out the sort by bishopric member too based on their ages. If a lot of youth a lot of work, but the system does not currently have any provisions for back-dating the report beyond the months displayed.

There can't be that many, pull a birthday list and see how had birthday's in that month.... then keep using the best and most important list ever created for a ward/branch! the Action/Interview List!
