My daughter is starting to process of Mission paperwork. She had a physical in August 2023, it is now December 2023. Is there a phone number, or an email address I could reach out to someone to find out if they will take the health physical she had from August? Thanks!

I would ask your bishop or stake clerk. I recall something in the instructions about it. If they do not know the answer, they will be able to call and get it.
