IOS 17.1.1 not compatible with member tools app

I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 17.1.1 and ever since then my member tools app does not let me sign in. It gets stuck updating then eventually errors out to a message that says Member Services is unavailable. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app 4x now. Tried both with WiFi and regular cell service. Same error every time.

Same. IOS 17.1.1 does not seem to be compatible with the member tools app. I have done all the same troubleshooting steps and get the same results as listed above.

iOS 17.1.2 is now available. Maybe see if that fixes the issue?

Mines working now on the 17.1.2 so it must’ve been some sort of software incompatibility with the update.

I just got a call tonight (12/28) from someone on 17.1.2 who’s having this situation (“Member Tools is Unavailable.”) She said it’s been down for months, so probably same timing as above. Yes, she’s uninstalled and reinstalled. Thoughts?
