You may have to transfer it first to the ward missionary fund, and then from the ward missionary fund to the missionary fund of the missionary currently serving. Make sure you have the bishop's permission first, and he will also have to electronically approve both transfers in LCR for them to become valid. It might take a two-step entry and approval for it to be all done.
