Para la registro del FSY necesito mi número de cédula y al intentar ingresar mi número de cédula en esta nueva cuenta no me permite ya que está en una antigua y cuando intento recuperar la cuenta la única opción es un número telefónico que ya no existe.
Agradecería su ayuda.

Ask your ward clerk to give you the global services department (GSD) telephone number for your area. The GSD will be able to make the necessary changes to your old account that has your membership record number (MRN).

Assuming you are living with member parents, they should be able to go into account.churchofjesuschrist.org, and select "Children Accounts" on the left side.
From there, I think they can see the name and certainly can reset the password.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
