multiblle people using the same login that has two factor authentication enabled

Here's my problem: We have several online accounts on ward and stake level like youtube that may require two factor authentication. But multiple different people need to be able to access the account at different times and locations. (ward and stake technology speciallists, multiple people in the calling, priesthood leadership might want to have access as well)

Because usually the 2FA is linked to a phone number or a authentication app on a phone it effectively prevents multiple people to use the same account.

I know this can be solves by using a cloud based password manager, but that results in regular expences,

My Question is there already a solution available in the Church or elsewere that won't cost extra money or needs a lot of time and skill to set up and maintain?

The objective here is to get away from one person beeing the only one accessing an account, because callings change and people move and that alwasy creates difficulties with these things.

The solution is to have each person log in with their own user account.
To implement any kind of solution that supports sharing a single account for multiple users, that tries to use a hacky solution to get around the security benefits that you get from using MFA is a bad idea.

Please note that OP wasn't talking about church account but a "group" resource like YouTube. I'm not sure as it's possible to have multiple logins for the same YT channel.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

We have a stake YouTube account managed/owned by one person (the stake clerk) using 2FA to his cellphone. The account is accessed regularly by two other people (technology specialists). The first time a person logins in to the account the stake clerk just indicates that the new login is from a "trusted" computer. Future logins from this"trusted" computer no longer require 2FA via the cellphone. The stake clerk can remove the "trusted" computer status at any time if needed.
