missionary funds not on Tax Statement

missionary funds not on Tax Statement

We have a member who pays his Tithing to the bishop (he is a farmer and pays once a year) but makes his missionary donation online. His Tax statement only contains the donation made to the bishop. the bishop can see his missionary donations but is does not show on his tax statement. Any suggestions?

I'd verify that the MRN on the account he uses to donate online matches his MRN. If he's using his wife's account, that would explain everything
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
