Private calendars in tools app
Are private calendars viewable in the tools app for those able to access the private calendar on the church website?

I see one listed in mine if I got into "Manage Calendar" in Tools.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Yes, private calendars should be viewable in the tools app for those who have access to the private calendar on the church website. Typically, you would need to have the appropriate permissions set on the church website to view private calendars.
On the Calendar screen, tap on the Menu (three dots).
Select “Manage Calendars”.
Select a calendar by checking the box on the left.
Display a calendar by tapping the calendar Filter and checking the box
On the Calendar screen, tap on the Filter icon.
Choose the calendars you want to view by selecting them.
If you’re having trouble viewing the private calendars, make sure you’re logged in with the correct account that has access to them.
