Make sure the MRN is correct for the member. Ask the ward clerk to provide the Individual Ordinance Summary (IOS) for the member which has the member's MRN on it. If the MRN used was correct according to the IOS and the same messages appear, then the clerk can give the member the telephone number for the Global Services Department (GSD) support. Support will only work with the Church account holder and nobody else. They most likely will ask for the MRN, so have the IOS handy to provide that.
