Standard Callings Section Missing

I am trying to update the Decons, Teachers and Priest presidencies but the Standard Callings are missing. How can I get the options back?

It looks like you are trying to record the calling from the member record. If the calling positions are already filled then what you show in the image is what you will see. Try to record the callings from the Organizations menu. Then you will see the standard callings listed and then, if filled, first do the release for the position before recording the new calling.
