I'll add, that in the past when I've called, if they're closed, there's usually some kind of recording that gives the hours.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

They are closed Sundays from 6am to 8pm Mountain Time, but are open 24 hours other days. If your situation requires a higher level of support, then I suggest calling during normal business hours for Utah.
