How do I unlock my email address in LDS Tools?
How do I unlock my email address in LDS Tools? It does not show locked on my account. I'm a leader in our ward and want people to be able to email me. Thank you.

Check you privacy settings. Also check the Household setting. No individual setting can be less restrictive than the household.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I had a member ask me about this, and I found that email was locked as well. I finally figure out a clear way to do it:
Go to your Tools app, and at the top of your own profile, click Edit. You can then scroll down through all your data and choose which information you want to share with Stake Members, Ward Members, or Stake and Ward Organization Presidencies only.
