Elders Quorum Ministering Interviews Percentage

Is anyone having an issue with the EQ ministering interviews being automatically marked as completed in LCR?

I recently noticed that our EQ ministering interviews for this quarter were at 92%. Realizing that that was an error, I unchecked the circle for the brothers who hadn't had their ministering interview (which decreased our ministering interviews percentage). Then, a few days later, I noticed again that the EQ ministering interviews were at 92%. Out of curiosity, I checked last quarter's EQ ministering interviews and they were also at 92%, which was not correct. I asked all the brothers/leaders if they had recently updated ministering interviews in LCR and none of them did.
