Email not working for donations

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Email not working for donations

I cannot do donations online. I have an email address in my profile and the ward clerk has the email address showing in my record. There is a warning sign next to my email address in my record, that says "Member unsubscribed from receiving email. They can resubscribe by going to account.churchofjesuschrist.org" I do not see where I can resubscribe. Please provide me directions to do so.

Depending on your screen size, you either click "Subscriptions" on the left-hand side, or click on the three-line icon and select subscriptions.

There are also email settings in the donations "settings" page.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
